Fabulous or fashion faux pas?

Brown shoes with navy blue pants?

Please discuss.

Delurking!

I support brown shoes with navy pants because I feel more OK about it than back shoes.

Sassy pink flats would ultimately be better.

Unless you're a boy. Then I'd say it's safe to stay away from pink flats all together. =]

i'd prefer the brown shoes to black. and, quite frankly, a good navy shoe is hard to find.

If you like it, wear it. Who's going to complain? The fashion police?

how nice is the shoe and bad are the pants. I prefer black with navy but how dark the brown. too many questions.

dark brown I would wear with Navy. I think it's better than black.

Brown and blue go together just fine. My question is who's wearing navy blue pants?

I say boo to navy blue pants. I never have or ever will own any.

I am going to need to see a picture to make and educated decision but my guy is telling me no.

Yes, if the belt (if there is a belt) is brown as well.

Totally Brown. I've never liked Black and Navy together. To me it kind of looks like you're color blind and can't tell the difference between the two. (I may be talking about myself there) so I would always chose brown. Work it!

I am sure I am a walking faux pas so you shouldn't ask me. But, when I am committing these faux pas, I don't ask for opinions, so I am blissfully unaware of how ridiculous I look.

I might appear on peopleofwalmart one of these days.

I am more worried about wearing navy blue pants???
That makes me think you are dressing like a janitor at a school or something! Yikes!

Just wear slippers all the time. They match everything.

Really depends on the rest of the outfit in my opinion.....

Holy smokes, I suddenly feel very embarrassed.

I think it is all about the entire picture. I don't think brown or black go really well with navy blue but black works better.

I think I have nothing left to add to this conversation . . . . but I didn't want your self esteem to drop. Smooches. Have a great day!
