Tonight's dinner conversation.
Me: "Hey Max, would you like some corn?"
Max: "No, thank you."
Aaron: "But corn will make you grow taller."
Max: "I don't want to get taller."
Brielle: "But if you don't get taller, you won't be able to drive a car, or go to college, get a job and your own house........."
Max: "No, I don't want to grow up. I love mom SO MUCH that I want to be 5 FOREVER!"

I'm with you, Max. Five is fine. I should have stopped there.
How cute! The fact that he LOVES YOU SO MUCH! I can't wait to watch this kid grow and see what other Maxism's he comes up with!
if he really loved you, he would have stopped right before the terrible twos. ;)
I'm sure he'll be the shortest college kid, since he will be in college when he's 10.
Did you get my email about breakfast next week?
*I* don't want Max to grow up.
So cute!
Hey Max, I don't want to grow up either. When I grow up I'll be a fairy Grandmother, but not old.
Unfortunately...give him a few years and he'll change his tune.
That is the best darn excuse for not eating vegtables I've ever heard. He certainly gets high marks for creativity and schmoozing.
Btw, did you get him to eat his corn?
Word ver: phypsymp....a triple major; athletics, psychology snd music.
Five is a beautiful age.
And you should ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS love your mom, Max.
Aww...my kids just want to leave home. I can't even get my oldest to agree to take care of me in my dotage. Perhaps I need Max and not Aaron....
hingeolo: a door that only opens when you feed it a quarter.
Hopefully he won't end up as one of those 30 year-old guys living in your basement and playing video games all day long.
