Do I spend too much time blogging?

Max was looking at the light switch on the wall. It was flipped up, so you could read the word "on."
Max points to the switch and says "It says NO. The light switch also says NO."
Then he turns the light off so the switch now reads "off"."

Max then says "Now it also says YES."

We laugh, because this is funny.
Max laughs because everyone else is laughing, then Max says................

"You also going to put that on your blog?"

I don't believe that there is such thing as too much blogging. I say people don't blog enough!

ABSOLUTELY!
That is too funny.

Do you mean it is possible to spend too much time blogging? (I type this as I sit on my unmade bed with loads of laundry surronding me)

Darn it! utmomof5 just reminded me that I haven't done the laundry today. Thanks a lot.

Oh yeah, I'll see all your laundry and raise you a sink full of dirty dishes!

FABULOUS! My daughter thinks I love her because I write about her on my blog. It's okay. I've accepted it. This is my hobby and can I say it's way more fun than cross-stiching? (Or making ceramic/glass grapes....)

My husband sees it this way: time I spend blogging is time I'm not spending shopping. He is one hundred percent behind blogging as a hobby.

Maybe it's like the huge scrap- booking trend. Now our kids will come to expect miles and miles of words, journaling their lives and our feelings about it via our blogs.
This outlet is just so much more validating, with all the comments and immediate gratification and what not. It's a win- win really...
P.S. I found you via Twas Brillig's blog roll and love your blog.

I'll see your laundry and dishes, and raise you a file folder of unpaid bills, 21 starving barn cats, and a wrestling match in the bedroom next door to the one in which my husband is sleeping (read: prepare for a scene to rival the most violent Yellowstone horror flick). Plus an unfinished article that is due with the textbook editor on Thursday.

Yes Max, she also going to put that on her blog. Cause dear, it really is, all about you!

I stumbled onto your blog... I love it!
My husband does something funny or one of the ducklings says something profound and my husband will instantly say, "Oh no, that is going on the blog isn't it?!?" I just laugh... of course it is honey!
