THis would be why I never play the wii I am open season for mocking and ridcule. I figure I get enough of that without purposely seeking it out.

Did you ever find where the stupid B button is?

I am so bad at video games! And they call that fun?! I have finally gotten to the point where I can play the dance games like DDR and Just Dance. Beyond that...

When my kids beat me on the Wii, I make them get out the old school super nintendo so I can earn back my dignity and respect. No one can take me on old school mario, and tetris? Don't even think about it.

(You maybe ought to not try it though... it uses the B button quite a bit.)

I love Mario Cart, usually I'm the one saying all those things to my five year old! hahaha (Well, except for the old people part, ya know.)

Hey, I grew up having only a joystick with ONE button! I can't be expected to know what I'm doing.
(and I fall off the track all.the.time...I kinda suck at it.)

OUCH! When I used to play Mario Cart with my kids, I'd die in the first five seconds and then have to sit there while they played on for another 1/2 hour.

my five-year-old just had a similar conversation while trying to play WII Wheel of Fortune with her grandma. "Push A!" "Push B!" "Pick a letter before your time runs out. Just pick a letter!"

It was painful, and that game has never taken so long to play.

I hate. racing games. Hate them. I never win either. I'm sure there's a correlation there. It is also my intention to never have Mario Cart in the house; I'll try and distract them from any such notions with something shiny. Or with ice cream. It's a win/win.

And, just so you know dear Jillybean, I often can't think of a comment as funny or enjoyable as your posts and I haven't been leaving any of late; however, I did happen, on this pass, to glance at your comment that your self esteem is dependent on comments and, well, couldn't just leave you crying all day. Especially after having suffered through Mario Cart.
