My kid is an inventing genius! Announcing the Remote controlled Tankvac 2000

Aaron just invented a new way to sweep the floor.

Then he took it a step farther and adapted his invention for vacuuming the carpet.

Yes, he's invented a remote controlled /vacuum combo! Now your kids can all fight over who gets to sweep the kitchen floor or vacuum the carpet!

Now if he could only invent a remote controlled dishwasher loader/emptier, a remote controlled toilet cleaner a remote controlled laundry folder..............

I'd like a reminder that would tell my teenagers to scrape the p[lates before loading the dishwasher. I spent an hour Thanksgiving day taking my dishwasher apart and removing the remenants of paper from the food disposer. It had so little water pressure, due to the buildup, that stuff came out as dirty, if not dirtier, than when it went in. The repair man was no help when he came out, suggesting I was loading it wrong, as the stuff on the top rack was not coming out clean. The it went down hill from there. Time to call them again, as it is still under warrantee, to get the chopping blade for the disposer replaced. It is slightly bent and vibrating/whining slightly. But it is working. :)

I spent an hour this am taking the pump for my washer apart to remove the lego and water bottle cap that were stuck in it. The part looked like one of the flexible pieces from a pod racer. The washer now drains properly. I never knew being an engineers daughter and helping dad fix stuff when I lived at home would come in handy this far down the road. :)

I love this. Does he continue to use it though?
